Annual Report on Curriculum, Instruction, and Student Achievement
Minnesota Statute 120A.03 mandates that school districts identify and engage in processes for continuous improvement relative to curriculum and instructional programs designed to impact student learning, and requires standard procedures for annual reporting on continuous improvement policies and practices in state school systems.

- enrolled according to the MARSS report;
- passing basic tests at state level;
- passing basic tests at individual level under IEP or 504 plan;
- exempt from basic tests.
