It’s never too late to start thinking about how you can increase your health to live longer and live better. Join us for a morning of activities and interactive demonstrations from a wide variety of health and wellness experts followed by a healthy luncheon buffet and presentation.
The luncheon will feature garden fresh, farmer’s market inspired fare and beverage options and an unconventional health care presentation by Jon Hallberg, MD, Medical Director of University of Minnesota Physicians Mill City Clinic, who brings healthcare topics alive through story and song.
The morning session (9:00 am - 11:30 am) is free and open to the public.

Hallberg is medical director of the award-winning, innovative University of Minnesota Physicians Mill City Clinic. He also founded, directs, and hosts Hippocrates Cafe, an ongoing series of events that explores health care topics using professional actors and musicians; serves as regular medical analyst on Minnesota Public Radio's "All Things Considered;" and manages the Fisch Art of Medicine Student Awards, which affords University of Minnesota medical students opportunities to explore the arts and humanities outside of the conventional medical school curriculum.
The Edina Health & Wellness Expo is a community collaboration hosted by the Edina Community Foundation, Edina Resource Center and Fairview Southdale Hospital with support from Bloomington Public Health, City of Edina, Edina Community Education Services, Edina Federated Women’s Club, Southdale YMCA and Welcyon, Fitness After 50.
