There are some opportunities for ongoing support during the school day or after school for all age ranges, kindergarten through 12th grade.

Basic Skills Help

Basic Skills Help provides academic enrichment opportunities that help bring students and volunteers together during the school day.  The days and times vary with each request, based on the academic schedule.

Homework Help

Homework Help provides academic enrichment opportunities either before or after school.  The assignments are based on what the student needs to complete, sometimes with assistance, and always with encouragement.

Resource Speaker

Resource speakers go to the classroom to share their experience and expertise on a particular topic. This helps students connect with what they are learning in school to what is occurring in their world and provides the "hook" that gets students excited about learning.
