Information
for Resources
Curriculum Resources and Programs (CRP) has been enhancing curriculum and supporting student achievement in the Edina School District since 1972. As a volunteer resource, you bring your experiences and expertise to help connect the subject matter with the real world. This is so beneficial to the students who learn in a variety of ways.
The meaningful connections that are created between the community and the schools reinforce positive learning in a creative way.
Making the Presentation a Success
Getting Ready
- If you are bringing hand-outs, create age and subject appropriate materials. It is best to hand out the materials at the end of the presentation, as not to cause the students from getting distracted.
Getting There
- On days that weather is a consideration, please call the school in advance.
During the Presentation
- Allow some time towards the end for questions the students may have.
